How do you price and structure an engagement?

Discovery is a fixed-price phase on its own, because we cannot price a build we have not scoped. After discovery you get a fixed-price proposal for phase one, or a time-and-materials rate if the scope genuinely cannot be pinned down. We will tell you which one fits rather than defaulting to whichever is better for us.

Who owns the code you write?

Accepted Answer

You do, in full, from the first commit. Source is delivered to a repository you control throughout the project, not at the end of it. We keep no licensing hooks and no runtime dependency on us.

Question 3

Can our data stay inside Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deploy to In-Kingdom regions on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud, and to on-premise infrastructure where that is required. Residency is designed in at the architecture stage, not configured afterwards.

Question 4

We already have a system. Can you work with it?

Accepted Answer

Usually, and often that is the better answer. We start with an architecture and code review, then give you a written recommendation — extend, integrate, or replace — with the reasoning and the cost of each. Sometimes that recommendation is to keep what you have.

Question 5

How long before we see something working?

Accepted Answer

A demonstrable increment in a real environment within the first four weeks of development, and every two weeks after that. If a phase cannot produce something you can click, the phase is scoped wrong.

Question 6

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

A support agreement with tiered response times, the same engineers on call, and a monthly report on how we performed against the SLA. If you would rather run it yourself, we do a documented handover and training instead — that is a supported outcome, not a failure.
