Privacy Policy
This policy describes what Al-Bahar Al-Tiqni collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
If you submit a form, we receive the fields shown to you, such as your name, contact details, organisation and message. With your permission, we also collect limited visit data. Separately, and only if you allow advertising measurement, we load the X Pixel on our forms to measure results from X campaigns: that a form was viewed, started, submitted or booked. Allowing analytics does not allow advertising. Your answers and contact details are never sent to X.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Enquiry records submitted through this site are held on infrastructure we operate in Germany. Client project data is governed by the specific agreement for that project, which always states the residency requirement explicitly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to a signed engagement are retained for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax regulation.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site stores your language and theme, and your analytics and advertising choices. If you allow advertising measurement, the X Pixel on our forms may set or read identifiers under X's policies. It does not load if you decline or enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time from Privacy settings at the foot of every page; withdrawing deletes the identifiers stored in your browser, and we keep a record of each choice (not of you) as evidence of consent.
