This policy describes what Al-Bahar Al-Tiqni collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Enquiry records submitted through this site are held on infrastructure we operate in Germany. Client project data is governed by the specific agreement for that project, which always states the residency requirement explicitly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to a signed engagement are retained for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax regulation.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
